BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. On your reservation we require the principal person’s name, your full postal address, telephone number, names of all adults, any adults under 25 years old and children’s ages. Once all details have been supplied, we require a 25% deposit (non-refundable) to secure your booking dates. We will then send you confirmation by return email.
2. The person making the booking, guarantees payment of the total cost of the holiday and does so for all others to whom the booking is made.
3. The balance is due to reach us 6 weeks before departure, accompanied by a key/security deposit of £150, this deposit is held against any damage to the apartment, this deposit is fully refundable, (returned as soon as the apt. is checked) providing there is no damage. We email you to say the key/security deposit is on its way back to the address we have been provided with. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the holiday full payment is required, to ensure confirmation of the booking.
4. The Owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not made by the due date. Written notification from the Owners to the guests, of the cancellation of the holiday would be supplied.
5. The Owners do not accept responsibity for circumstances beyond their control, for death, bodily injury, illness, loss of any kind, mishap or accident in the apt. or in the surrounding area. Holiday travel and cancellation insurance is recommended.
6. The accommodation is provided only, for the named guests on the original booking, no additional guests are to be added to your party, without prior consent of the Owners, in advance of travelling. On no account should the number exceed the maximum number of 5 occupants.
7. The apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, arrivals after 3pm. (other times by arrangements) However we try and be as flexible as possible with this, if you have a late flight home, and no other guests wish to go in to the apt. that day, you would be most welcome to stay to your chosen departure time, at no additional cost.
