Note on Prices:

The apartment can be let as a 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom unit. This will sleep max. 2 persons and 1 infant under 2 years using the cot in Family room which overlooks the pool.

For 2012 the 1 Bedroom option will only be available Jan to March and Nov to Dec

Changeover days: flexible all year round.

Booking Notes 25% non-refundable deposit required on booking, balance 6 weeks before departure. £150 Key Holder money required (returnable).

The last day of your holiday is classed as changeover day: please vacate by 11am, although we are as flexible with this as possible. If no one is coming in that day, you would be most welcome to stay as long as you wish. It is possible to carry on enjoying your holiday to the last moment, by using the facilities near the Swimming pool, Showers/changing and toilets.
