This garden apartment has its own spacious patio and small garden which overlooks the pool area and is excellent for those parents who like to keep an eye on their children in the pools.

There is also a large paved sundeck with free sun beds, showers, toilet facilities near the pool.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Apartment offers: air-conditioning/heating in both bedrooms included in the price, additional heating in the winter months for the lounge/dining/kitchen area, high security wall safe, cot for infant under 2 years old, patio door leading out to the patio and gardens. The apartment is on one of the few complexes in Paphos that enjoys the benefit of MAINS DRAINAGE.

Rooms consist of:
Twin bedroom, 2 single beds. Family bedroom with king size bed.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, stools and hairdryers. Heat reflecting shutters and fly screens are also fitted for your comfort.
Bathroom 1: Luxury fully tiled bathroom, with vanity unit set in marble, bath, and shower over the bath, shaver point and WC. Extractor fan.
Bathroom 2: fully tiled, with wash hand basin, good size shower cubicle and WC. Extractor fan.

Fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, fridge freezer, full size oven, ceramic hob, microwave, juicer, toaster, iron, clothes airer, ironing board, kettle and cafeteria.
Lounge/dining area with sofa bed, coffee tables, lamp, magazine rack, dining table and chairs, satellite TV and a music system, that takes CDs and cassettes, ceiling fans, large patio doors the width of the lounge lead out to the patio and gardens.

Wi-Fi internet is available in the apartment on a Pay as You Go basis. For a reasonable price can be bought for 1 day, 7 days or 14 days. You will need to bring your own Laptop or Notepad.

The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and on departure, bed linen and all towels included; beach towels and tea towels also supplied.
Please note: No bed linen is supplied with the cot.
